That it shall be unlawful for any crowd to assemble in buildings or in any public places within said town.
That no person shall be allowed to remain in the post office lobby longer than five minutes.
That the law regulating public drinking cups and roller towels in public places will be enforced.
That no one who is suspected of having the Spanish influenza is permitted to mix with the people on the streets and public places, but must remain in his or her home until danger of any infection to others is removed.
That no loitering will be permitted upon streets and in public places, nor in stores after customer has completed necessary purchases.
That the Boy Scouts are hereby authorized to report every violation of these rules to the proper authorities.
That any one violating any of these rules and regulations is subject to a penalty of not less than ten dollars nor more than twenty-five dollars for such offence.
