Obituary for Elizabeth Bray Allen Smith Stith

This brief death notice printed in the February 24, 1774, edition of the Virginia Gazette (Purdie and Dixon), reads: “Mrs. Elizabath Stith, at her House in Surry County, in an advanced Age. This Lady has bequeathed several Charities to the Parish in which she lived.”
