Nottoway County Courthouse

This historic one-story brick building is the Nottoway County Courthouse, built in 1843 and subsequently renovated in 1954 and 2000. Built in the classical temple style, the courthouse includes Tuscan columns, a portico, and a full entablature. Behind the courthouse is the commissioner of revenue's circa 1900 office, which was originally constructed as a jail; and nearby is the circa 1843 county clerk's office.
