Halifax County Courthouse

This is the Halifax County Courthouse in Halifax, Virginia. Designed and built in 1838–1839 by Dabney Cosby, the Federal-style brick building features a portico with Ionic columns. The courthouse is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
