To the County Court of Westmoreland

Gentlemen

My Indisposition is such as to prevent my attendance in person on you, But I must beg of you to take the Guardianship of me & my Estate from the hands of Majr. Henry Lee & be so good as to nominate appoint my respected father in Law Mr. Richard Stuart my Guardian, and oblige your Obt. Sevt.
