Disposal Plat: Vinegar Hill

This 1966 map, published in 1967 by the Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority, shows an emptied plat of land that had been part of the Vinegar Hill community. The redevelopment authority was soliciting potential purchasers and developers to build on the property. The parcels had been zoned for retail, residential, hotel/motel, or office use.
