Tobacco Crop in Charlotte County

This 2017 photographs shows an unidentified tobacco field in Charlotte County. The long spiked flowers indicate that the tobacco plants have reached maturity. To increase commercial production of tobacco, these flowers are snapped off in order to maximize leaf production.
