Breakfast with Henry Howell

In this clip from a film promoting Henry Howell's 1969 campaign for governor of Virginia, Howell speaks of the need for change and the end of a "closed society." Howell sits in front of a banner proclaiming his campaign slogan, "Keep the Big Boys Honest." Campaigning as a liberal candidate, Howell lost in the Democratic primary.
