Dinner at the Salvation Army

Two men eat a meager dinner courtesy of the Salvation Army in Newport News, Virginia. While Virginia did not suffer the wholesale misfortune that occurred in much of the rest of the nation, the state did undergo above-normal unemployment and industrial slowdowns.
