Judge Leon M. Bazile

A photograph from the Richmond Times-Dispatch shows Judge Leon M. Bazile on August 19, 1950, as he addresses members of the Virginia Court Clerks' Association at their annual convention. Seated at his right is W. Hodges Baker, a Portsmouth court clerk and the president of the association. Bazile served as a judge in the 15th Judicial Circuit of Virginia from 1941 until 1965.
