Joseph Spencer DeJarnette

Joseph Spencer DeJarnette is the subject of this photo-steel engraving published in the fourth volume of Men of Mark in Virginia (1908). The five-volume series, published from 1906 to 1909, was edited by Lyon Gardiner Tyler, then president of the College of William and Mary.
