Bowden-Armistead House

This modern photograph shows the historic Bowden-Armistead House, located on Duke of Gloucester Street in Williamsburg. The Greek Revival house was built in 1858 by Henry M. Bowden for his elder brother Lemuel Jackson Bowden. In 1875 the house was sold to Robert T. Armistead.
