John Taylor Chappell and Grandson

John Taylor Chappell poses with his grandson, Samuel Warren Chappell, in a photograph taken in 1908. The young Chappell, who used the name Warren, went on to become a well-known typographer and book illlustrator. This photograph was included in an autobiographical essay written by Warren Chappell and published in Something About the Author Autobiography Series (1990).
