The Virginia-born novelist Mrs. Burton Harrison (left), the pen name of Constance Cary Harrison, is photographed at an equestrian show with Mary Baird Bryan (center), the wife of politician and orator William Jennings Bryan, and Carrie Walsh (right), widow of the millionaire miner Thomas F. Walsh. This photograph was taken in 1913 by an employee of the Harris and Ewing studio in Washington, D.C.
