County Poll Tax List

A pamphlet issued by officials in Essex County names the citizens who paid their state poll taxes for the years 1934, 1935, and 1936, and prior to May 2, 1937. The seventeen-page list was sworn to by the county treasurer and clerk on May 15, 1937.
