Governor Mills E. Godwin Speaking about European Trade Efforts

Governor Mills E. Godwin is interviewed on an unidentified airport tarmac (probably in Richmond) about his efforts to increase commerce between Virginia and Europe. Godwin made two trade missions to Europe and, in 1969, created a state trade office in Brussels.
