Raven Society Initiation at the University of Virginia

Future Virginia Quarterly Review editor-in-chief Staige Blackford, at center, is inducted into the University of Virginia Raven Society. Blackford would go on to become president of the organization, a University of Virginia honor society dedicated to preserving the memory of Edgar Allan Poe.
