Mirador

In this photograph, an unidentified figure walks toward Mirador, the colonial-style red-brick house built during the antebellum period and owned by Chiswell "Chillie" Dabney Langhorne. The house and farm attached to it are located in the village of Greenwood near Charlottesville. This image is among the personal papers of the Langhorne family, which are housed in the Albert and Shirley Small Special Collections Library at the University of Virginia.
