Lady Astor

Nancy Witcher Langhorne Astor, viscountess Astor, the first woman to take a seat in the British House of Commons, arrives in New York City on the RMS Olympic oceanliner on April 19, 1922. Lady Astor was elected to Parliament in 1919.
