Aerial Views of Virginia Tech

Two aerial photographs show the campus of Virginia Tech University in Blacksburg, and identify the three buildings central to the mass shootings that took place on April 16, 2007: Harper Hall, the dormitory where the lone assailant, Seung-Hui Cho, lived; Ambler Johnston Hall, the dormitory where Cho shot and killed two students; and Norris Hall, a classroom building where he killed twenty-five more students and five faculty members before taking his own life. These photographs were included in the government report issued after the event, Mass Shootings at Virginia Tech: Report of the Review Panel Presented to Governor Kaine, Commonwealth of Virginia.
