Wythe House, Williamsburg

The Wythe House in Williamsburg was the home of George Wythe, a prominent judge, professor, and Virginia's first signer of the Declaration of Independence. Located on Palace Green, the handsome two-story brick residence was probably designed by Wythe's father-in-law, Richard Taliaferro, in the mid-1750s.
