Presentation of 200,000th Volume to Law Library

On November 1, 1969, Monrad G. Paulsen, dean of the University of Virginia School of Law, presents Frances Farmer a copy of Criminal Law and its Processes, a book he coauthored. This was the 200,000th volume added to the library's collection. Under the supervision of Farmer, its librarian, the library doubled the size of its collection in sixteen years.
