Robert Ould

Robert Ould, a lawyer and politician who served as the Confederate agent for prisoner exchange during the Civil War, is the subject of this portrait published in The Photographic History of the Civil War In Ten Volumes (1911–1912). This image was used in volume 7, subtitled Prisons and Hospitals (1912).
