Catholic Woman’s Club, Richmond, Virginia

A pencil sketch by Adèle Clark depicts the Catholic Woman's Club of Richmond, located at 916 West Franklin Street. The original mission of the club, founded in 1914, was to "assist with the safety of young ladies coming to the City to find work." The organization owned this building, which was known as the Milhiser Mansion, from 1923 to 1963.
